This new facility allows for the multiple divisions of the Department of Water Management to be housed in one location rather than in facilities across the City. Phase I included the construction of a 150,000 square foot administration building to house administrative offices, mechanic shops, inventory control, and Customer Billing Services. Phase II includes the construction of a large fleet parking area, a 10-bay heavy vehicle maintenance service area, and a heated garage and covered storage facilities.
